He is survived by: his parents, Thomas McNeil and Dianna McNeil (Clevenger) of Middletown; his wife Kelly McNeil of Greenfield; his children, Chelsea McNeil, Tanner, Ryan and Avery; his sister Heather Lewis (Brian) of Middletown; his grandparents, Dorothy Clevenger of Chesterfield and Donald McNeil of Middletown; and his nieces, Madeline, Kaitlyn and Sydnee Lewis.
