He was predeceased by: his parent Vernell Walters; and his daughter Kerry Smith. He is survived by: his mother Delores Walters (Dalton) of New Castle; his children, Heather Walters of Aurora and Jonah Walters of Middletown; and his brother Ronald Walters. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
