He is survived by: his sons, Michael and Richard.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ballard and Sons Funeral Home and Cremation Services- Middletown (118 S 5th St, Middletown, IN 47356). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Saint Jude Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
