It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie R. Poole of Middletown, Indiana, born in Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie Poole and Goldie Poole (Lewis); his former wife Sally Poole; his stepson Eric Hallgarth; his great grandchild Hollie Hunt; and his siblings, Ruby Painter, Ruth Ivy, Irene Poole, Ted Poole, Janie Poole and Patsy Hodson.
He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Poole (Pope); his children, Scott Poole (Nayleen) and Kim Cooper (Bill); his stepchildren, Debbie Symmes and Randy Hallgarth (Andy); his daughter-in-law Melanie Hallgarth; his grandchildren, Ryan Poole (Laura), Cristian Holloway (Nathan), Ariona Poole (Bailey Hunt), Shaina Poole (Nick Layman), Brannon Morgan, Evan, Alan, Jennifer, Kelly, Michael and Stephanie; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Gavin, Oliver, Genevieve and Ozzie; and his siblings, Marjorie Berdusco, Clyde Poole (Darlene), Essie Poole and Rick Poole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his special fur buddy.
