He is survived by: his wife Cindi McCarroll; his sons, Thad McCarroll, Brade McCarroll and Kacy McCarroll; his grandchildren, Keely Myers and Cash McCarroll; his stepgranddaughter Jordan Dean; his siblings, Jay McCarroll (Carol) and Karen Martin; his mother-in-law Mary Hanna; his sister-in-law Jan McMichael; and his close friends, Bob Worley and Bill Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Middletown EMT Department.
