She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dalton and Etta Dalton (Davis); her husband Vernell Walters; her sister Fayrene Robinson; her son Jeffery Dale Walters; and her granddaughter Kerry Lynn Smith.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Walters of Middletown; and her sister Carolyn Sue Alexander (Dick) of Albany. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
