He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Miller; his children, Roy Frank, Jr. (Debra) of Goshen, Jeff Frank of Goshen, Gary Frank (Stephanie) of Highland, MD, Yolanda Vollmer (Bret) of Carlock, IL, Sandra "Sam" Derr (Bob) of Middlebury and Stacy Maxwell (Greg) of Elkhart; and his siblings, Dave Frank (Iris) of Morton, IL, Jerry Frank (Bev) of Eureka, IL, Edwin Frank of East Peoria, IL, Alvin Frank of Naperville, IL, Bob Frank (Carol) of East Peoria, IL, Mary Lewis of East Peoria, IL and Ruth Kerr of Roanoke, IL.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
