He is survived by: his mother Ruby Puckett (Bartley); his wife Donna (Brown); his children, Shawn Puckett (Kelsie) of Middlebury and Sheena Puckett of Elkhart; and his siblings, Diana "Di" Wilson (Dave) of Ellenton, FL, Sondra McAfee (Bill) of Constantine, MI, Greg Puckett (Dilynn) of Middlebury and Keith Puckett (Linda) of Middlebury. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
