He is survived by: his wife Cathy Jo Clevenger; his children, Connie Freel (Jonathan), Randall Perry (Jaime), Ron Perry, Richard Perry (Jodie) and Ryan Perry; his grandchildren, Christopher Perry, Jonathan Stalhandske, Malachi Stalhandske, Makenna Perry, Madison Perry, Taylor Perry and Mason Perry; and his siblings, Jerry Perry (Sandy), Rick Perry (Candie) and Gail Perry. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
