He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Zook and Polly Zook (Smoker); and his sister Peggy Eberhart. He is survived by: his spouse Jolinda Ellis; his children, Dilynn Puckett (Greg) of Middlebury, Jill Booth (Brian) of Sarasota, FL and Rob Zook (Amy) of Goshen; and his sisters, Patsy Logan of Elkhart and Jo Ellen GrandPre of Las Vegas, NV.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
The family will also be practicing social distancing at this time.
