He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Mast and Fannie Mast (Bontrager); his wife Esther S. Troyer; and his brothers, Alvin, Dan, William "Bill" and Ora Mast.
He is survived by: his children, Lester Laverne Mast (Nancy) of Sun City, AZ, Joan Beachy (Lavern) of Goshen and Carolyn Mast (Allen Jerome Neely) of Middlebury; his grandchildren, Dustin Mast (Kim), Anthony Mast, Traci Shupert (John) and Sheri Beachy (DJ Washington); his stepgrandsons, Troy Weaver (Erica) and Corey Weaver (Bobbi); his great grandchildren, Connor, Parker, Cadence Mast, Kailee, Khloe Beachy and Joshua Shupert; and his brothers, John Mast (Jean) of Sarasota, FL, Elmer Mast of Middlebury, Leroy Mast (Fannie) of Mountain View, AR, Milo Mast (Nancy) of Goshen and Levi "Lee" Mast (Arlene) of Nappanee.
