He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Ropp and Laura Ropp (Bontrager). He is survived by: his wife Mary Eash; his daughters, Gail Schrock (Lynn) of Middlebury, Sheila Beachy (Doug) of Middlebury and Eydie Kozlowski (Tim) of Middlebury; and his grandchildren, Chandler, Erin Beachy, Caleb and Emily Schrock. He is also survived by three sisters and three brothers.
Memorials may be given to the Middlebury Food Pantry.
