Esther Mae Artley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Mae Artley of Middlebury, Indiana, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bentley and Iva Rosetta Cross (Harshberger); her husband John Artley, Sr.; her son John Artley, Jr.; and her siblings, Gladys Jones, Alberta Troyer and William Cross.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Troyer (Ron) of Middlebury; her brother Leroy Cross (Esther) of Goshen; and her grandchildren, Kim Garman (Scott) of Middlebury, Brooke Artley (Anthony Gouin) of Cassopolis, MI, Chris Troyer of Middlebury and John Artley III of Cottonwood, AZ. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; eight great great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Middlebury, and American Diabetic Association.
