With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elva Lydia Yoder (Middlebury, Indiana), born in Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on June 26, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew S. Miller and Lydia Miller (Beachy); her son Merle Yoder; her son-in-law Marion Yoder; and her siblings, Samuel, Noah, Andy Miller, Katie Miller, Mary Fry, Polly Slabach, Melinda Yoder, Susie Eash, Sadie H and Esther L.
She is survived by: her husband Andrew E. Yoder; her children, Gerald Yoder (Wilma) of Topeka, Martin Yoder (Lizzie Ann) of LaGrange, Eugene Yoder (Dorothy) of Topeka, John Yoder (Ruth) of White Pigeon, MI, Larry Yoder (Martha) of Middlebury, David Yoder of Topeka, Glen Yoder (Marietta) of Shipshewana, Esther Borkholder (Sam) of Middlebury, Edith Fehr (Cornelius) of Sturgis, MI, Linda Hochstetler (Calvin) of White Pigeon, MI, Mary Yoder (Daniel) of Middlebury and Barbara King (Jonathan) of Middlebury; and her daughter-in-law Clara Yoder of Shipshewana. She is also survived by 96 grandchildren, 277 great-grandchildren, 19 great great grandchildren, 13 step grandchildren, 32 step great grandchildren.
