He is survived by: his wife Jennie D. DeMusey; his sons, Eric Daniel Smeltzer (Davida) of Goshen and Joshua Ray Smeltzer (Pamela) of Middlebury; his grandson Raymond George Smeltzer; his brother Kevin Daniel Smeltzer of Indianapolis; and his stepbrother Kent Weatherton (Brenda) of Goshen.
