He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Lorenz and Ermine Lorenz; his wife Betty J. Defrees; his son Jon Lorenz (Liz) of Greenwood Village, CO; his granddaughters, Emily Barrett (Noah) of Denver, CO and Kate Schaffer (Jeff) of Elmhurst, IL; his great grandchildren, Zoe, Charlie, Owen Barrett, Quinn, Jack and Emmy Schaffer; and his siblings, Elizabeth Zimmer (Dean) of Ponte Vedra, FL., William P. Lorenz and Saritea Holdeman (Robert).
