He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kline and Thelma Kline (Wagner). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Holden; his daughter Lisa Swinyer (Mike); his stepdaughters, Heather Wogoman (Jeff), Kristy Kramer, Julie Fogerty (John) and Cheryl Fife; his grandchildren, Claire Lock (Hunter), Grace Taylor, Alec Wogoman (Jensen), Luke Wogoman and Brie Wogoman; his great grandchild Rose Wogoman; and his sister Karen Newland.
