She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Warren Stevens; and her sister Nancy C. Clouse. She is survived by: her parents, David Clouse and Winona Clouse (Krenke); her children, Andrew Stevens of Breckenridge, CO, Eric Stevens of Breckenridge, CO and Ashley Chhuon (Chacriyar) of Niles, MI; and her siblings, David D. Clouse and Jennifer Crocker (Dexter) of Mishawaka.
Memorials may be given to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
