She is survived by: her husband James Checkley; her sons, Todd Checkley (Paula) of Goshen, Brian Checkley (Lauren) of Middlebury and Brad Checkley (Amy) of Middlebury; her grandchildren, Olivia Checkley, Abigail Checkley, Natalie Checkley, Gloria Checkley, Haley Dosenbach (Sajed), Riley Checkley and Benjamin Checkley; and her siblings, Janet Moyer of Union, Gunnar and John Erickson (Bobbie) of Elkhart.
