With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ada L. Bontrager (Middlebury, Indiana), born in Ligonier, Indiana, who passed away on September 7, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Raber and Amelia Raber (Yoder); and her brothers, Joseph, Lloyd and Glen Raber.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel E. Bontrager; her children, Joseph Bontrager (Rosemary) of Ligonier, Floyd Bontrager (Mary Sue) of Nappanee, Mervin Bontrager (Mary Esther) of Nappanee, Katie Ann Bontrager (Wayne) of Shipshewana, LeEtta Lambright (Lonnie) of Middlebury, Vera Bontrager of Middlebury and Edna Bontrager (Vernon) of Topeka; her sisters, Elizabeth Yoder of Shipshewana, Katie Miller (Harry W.) of Millersburg and Amanda Yoder (Wilbur) of LaGrange; and her sisters-in-law, Martha Raber of Shipshewana and Edna Raber of Middlebury. She is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren.
