With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ron Basler of Michigantown, Indiana, who passed away on February 26, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Ron shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ron farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Basler and Mary Basler (Sutton); and his brother Greg Basler. He is survived by: his children, Austin Basler and Brianna Basler (Trey DesNoyers); his siblings, Wes Basler, Bonnie Plummer, Garnet Haste and Nancy Tibbet; his grandchildren, Charles and Eleanor DesNoyers; the mother of his children Melissa Hobson; and his close friend Keltie Sullivan.
