He was predeceased by: his siblings, James, Elry, Rex Crenshaw and Mary Matt Hullinger; and his daughter-in-law Micki Crenshaw.
He is survived by: his sons, Bradly Crenshaw of Michigantown, Bruce Crenshaw (Tonya) of Indianapolis and Bryan Crenshaw (Nicki Whiteman) of Michigantown; his grandchildren, Garrett Crenshaw, Mitchell Crenshaw (Paige), Taylor Crenshaw (Chris Vawter), Kylie Crenshaw, Dane Crenshaw, McKinna Crenshaw and Kade Crenshaw; his great grandchild Presley Crenshaw; and his stepgrandchildren, Logan, Landree and Maci.
