She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar V. Fields and Rebecca Ruth Fields (Weaver); and her siblings, Nancy Swem and Jerry Fields. She is survived by: her husband David L. Avery; her daughters, Gail Ann Quakenbush of Frankfort, Kathy L. Neal (Larry) of Frankfort and Diana L. Brown (Dennis) of Flora; her siblings, Barbara Catron of Frankfort, Norma Hillis of Michigantown, Carolyn McQuinn (Mack Trenary) of Forest and Sam Fields (Carolyn) of Michigantown; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Fields Catron of Howard County and Bob Swem of Forest. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; 18 Great-Grandchildren; and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Michigantown Community Center or Guardian Angel Hospice, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
