He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Daniel and Betty Lou Perrine (Gant); his sister Debbie Timmons; and his grandchildren, Caylen Reed and Kylie Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jean Weber; his children, Michael Ray Perrine Jr. (Michelle) of Lebanon, Danny Jo Foreman of Frankfort, Marcus Hill of Lafayette, Dottie Beaumont of Lafayette, Crystal Gayle Roberts (Taylor) of Kempton, Michell Dawn Wells (Randy) of Frankfort and Jessica Beaumont of Lebanon; and his sisters, Donna Leach (Jeff) of Frankfort, Sherry Capitanio of Frankfort and Jo Ann Smith (Chris) of Frankfort. He is also survived by several Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
