He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Parker and Elsie Parker (Barber); his son Brian Curtis Parker; and his siblings, Basil Parker, Wilma McCain, Meredith Parker and David Parker.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Carol Moss; his sons, Michael Douglas Parker, James Scott Parker (Sharon) and Jonathon Brett Parker; his grandchildren, Nadia Parker, Max Parker (Kristen), Cassie VerVaet (Brian) and Allayna Parker; and his great grandchild Raelyn Parker.
