She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Phillips and Clara Phillips (Merrill); her husband William Harold Watkins; her children, Richard Watkins (Renita) of Frankfort, Kevin Watkins (Vikki) of Frankfort, Steve Watkins of Marion, OH and Dianna Kepner (Michael) of Crawfordsville; her daughter-in-law Jane Watkins of Forest; and her son Robert Watkins. She was also cherished by 7 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.
