Ricker (Caldwell) of Frankfort; his daughters, Rhea Ricker (Nicole) of Indianapolis, Rachel Ricker (Hannah) of Goldsmith, Angela Hulstrom (Erik) of Brentwood, CA and Jayne Flatt (Brent) of Carmel; his grandchildren, Danika, Aidan Hulstrom, Jackson, Adelynn Flatt, Thatcher and Jack Ricker; his brother Jay B. Ricker (Nancy) of Pendleton; his close friend Lori Eldridge of Frankfort; his mother-in-law Mary Louise Shackelford of Lafayette; and his uncle James Caldwell (Phyllis) of Frankfort.
Memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Association - Camp John Warvel, with envelopes at the funeral home.
