She was predeceased by: her parents, Duffy Hendrickson and Merva Hendrickson (Paulson); her brothers, Algene, Glenn Hendrickson and Dean Hendrickson; and her close friend Ben Gilbert.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Farley of Michigan City and Kelvin Farley (Laura) of Tacoma, Washington; and her granddaughter Jennifer Combs (Ronnie) of Trail Creek, Indiana..
