It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa M. Miller (Michigan City, Indiana), born in Norwalk, Connecticut, who passed away on March 6, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Church and Jane Church (Turpack); her husband Joseph Miller; her children, Justin Miller of Michigan City, IN, Mary Jane Miller, BJ Miller of Greenfield, MA and Josie Miller of Michigan City, IN; her siblings, William Church of Newfane, Clifford Church of Manteca, CA, Connie Holt-Warner of Salida, CA and Doreen Church of Denver, CO; her grandchildren, Samuel, David Diaz and Armani Miller; and her brother David Michael Church. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
