Terry R. Boguslawski Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2023, at the age of 77, Terry R. Boguslawski of Michigan City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Boguslawski and Josephine Boguslawski (Demski); and his wife Diane Boguslawski. He is survived by: his children, Megan Boguslawski (Amy Stehi) of La Porte, IN and George Boguslawski of Michigan City, IN; his stepdaughter Tanya Bice of Michigan City, IN; his sister LaDonna Siegmund of Michigan City, IN; his grandchildren, Steven and Nate Bice; his niece Tammy Zabel; and his nephew Scott Siegmund.
