He is survived by: his mother Loretta Sterling (Kozlowski); his brothers, Eric Kozlowski (Amanda Hanner) and Chad Lindquist; his grandmother Natalie Kroening; his niece Cydney Kozlowski; his nephew Marshall Kozlowski; his aunt Ann Jones-Fulwider; and his cousins, Brad Jones, Matthew Jones (Ashley Michaels), Christina Fulwider (Jeremy Alder) and Amanda Fulwider.
