He is survived by: his father Shane Richard Chappell Sr.; his siblings, Alexis Ringstad of Michigan City, Indiana, BreAnna Chappell of Michigan City, Indiana, Austin Chappell of Michigan City, Indiana, Johnathon Chappell of Michigan City, Indiana, Autumn Chappell of Michigan City, Indiana and Serenity Chappell of Michigan City, Indiana; his grandparents, Vicki Kuzio, Randy Lloyd, Richard Brooks and Brenda Crossno; his aunts and uncles, Heidi Brooks, Sherawn Chappell, Daniel Fries (Patty), Michael Johnston, Patti Ropson and Jackie Van Daalen; his cousins, Kyle Fugate, Donovan Kussart, Steven Fries, Julia Ringstad, Joanna Ringstad and Annabelle Gross; his nieces and nephews, Eloise, Sophia, Larrison, Lexton, Jedidiah, Finn, Audri and Amiah; his close friends, Michael King Jr., Zach Walker and Corey Lulofs; and also Nicole Chappell.
