He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Rumbaugh and Lois Rumbaugh (Payne); his sister Dianna Rumbaugh; his brother-in-law Thomas Brinkman; his parents-in-law, Dolores Johnson and Hugh Johnson Sr.; and his brother-in-law Hugh Johnson Jr..
He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Brinkman, Betty Kuta (Ray), Linda Jones (Michael) and Gloria Holtzlander (Gordon); and his close friend Daniel "Danny" Mills.
