He was predeceased by: his parents, Christo Milcoff and Elizabeth Milcoff (Gulyash). He is survived by: his children, Darlene Higgins of Henderson, NV, Abram Milcoff of Michigan City, IN and Scott Milcoff (Mayra Nuñez) of Covington, WA; his grandchildren, Brandon Howell, Travis Howell and Kiara Milcoff; and his siblings, Gloria Young (Ron) of Elkhart, IN, Ruth Skwiat (Gene) of LaPorte, IN and Charles Milcoff (Shirley) of Titusville, FL..
