He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lawrenz and Mary Lawrenz (Linshaw); and his brothers, Fritz and Carl Lawrenz Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Couch (Church); his children, Rob Lawrenz (Carol) of Michigan City and Kathy Lawrenz (Sean Bishop) of Golden, Colorado; his granddaughters, April and Rachel (Brian Burk); and his nephews, John Lawrenz (Marion) and James Lawrenz.
