He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Rhoda; his children, Brenda Biggs (James Lamm) of Michigan City, IN and Brian Biggs (Leslie) of Michigan City, IN; his grandchildren, Bradley Biggs (Kelly), Brittany Intagliata (Jeff) and Zachary Biggs; and his brother Robert Biggs (Pat Wozniak) of Michigan City, IN.
