He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Joseph and Ruth Hall (Shreever); his wife Roxann Edwards; his son William H. Hall; and his siblings, Mary Hall, June Lewis, David Hall, Jimmie Hall, John Hall and William Hall.

He is survived by: his children, Bobbi Jania and Mathew Hall; his sisters, Sandy Emerick, Carol Hall and Shirley Jania; his grandchildren, Jordan Eldridge, Gaige Jania, Gia Jania, Landen Hall, Dawson Hall, Brian, Caroline and Emma Hall; and his great grandchildren, Jenessi Eldridge, Jaxon Eldridge and Juliet Eldridge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
