It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penelope Russell of Michigan City, Indiana, born in Cook, Minnesota, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Polley and Marie Polley (Lewis); and her siblings, Janie Polley and Denis Polley. She is survived by: her children, Regan Russell of Cook, MN and Marc Russell of Cook, MN; her brother Tod Polley of Cook, MN; and her sister-in-law Jane Polley of Columbia Heights, MN. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
