He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Lisak and Dorothy Lisak (Peaslee); his siblings, Dan Lisak and Dayda Lisak; and his grandson Ryan Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Diedrich; his children, Debra Holtzlander (David) of Land and Robert Lisak of Michigan City, IN; his grandchildren, Alison Yagelski (Chris), Todd Lisak, Timothy Lisak, Andrew Lisak, Sean Smith (Rachel), Jeffrey Holtzlander (Missy), Todd Holtzlander (Adrienne) and Matthew Holtzlander (Ashley); and his brother Lee Lisak of California. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
