He was predeceased by: his father Larry Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Katie Mullins of Michigan City, Leo Lindsey-Mullins and Carrie Mullins; his friends, Jerry Weathers (Kristie) of Salem Heights, Selena Walker of Stillwell and Tim Allen of Fish Lake; and his pet Fluffy. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
