He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Mullins and Sally Mullins; his former wife Patricia Mullins; his son Jeff Mullins; and his brothers, James, Herbert, Phil, Paul, George, Marion and Colonel Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Mullins; his grandson Andrew Mullins; his siblings, Carmel Mullins (Debbie), Dorothy Whitacre (Robert), Mary Martin, Betty Barger (Jesse), Audrey Buck, Mabel Walker (Scott), Marie Rice (Robert) and Sylvia Mullins; and his sister-in-law Geraldine Mullins. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
