He is survived by: his mother Shirley Meeks; his children, Jessica Solomon (Chad), Annessa Salat (Chris), Dustin Meeks, Michael Meeks Jr. and Tressie Meeks; and his sister Lisa Blacksten (Keith). He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
