He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Spurr (Eric) of Chesterton, IN and Jaime Lombard of La Porte, IN; his grandchildren, Zachary Taylor, Jocelyn Michael (Nate), Tyla Gross and Kavan Lombard; his sisters, Linda Hardesty (Wayne) of Michigan City, IN and Carol Leathem of La Porte, IN; and his close friend Kim Gamez of Michigan.
