She was predeceased by: her father Phillip N. Horan; and her brother Phillip J. Horan. She is survived by: her spouse Kyle T. Kuchik; her daughter Molly Trout (Sam) of Michigan City, IN; her stepchildren, Dejon Coapstick (Daniel) of Michigan City, IN and Myles Kuchik (Adrienne) of Indianapolis, IN; her nephew Isaac Horan; and her grandchildren, James Trout, Alex Coapstick, Makaylee Coapstick, Maxwell Kuchik and Elloise Kuchik. She is also survived by many nephews and cousins.
