She was predeceased by: her father Phillip Staback; her siblings, Mary Sobecki and Phillip "Bud" Staback; and her parents-in-law, Charles and Emilia Mazac.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Mazac; her daughter Luci Mazac of La Porte, IN; her grandchildren, Courtney Crum of Goshen, IN and Charles Crum (Lindsay) of Baltimore, MD; and her sister-in-law Nancy Staback of Michigan City, IN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
