With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lucia A. Tower of Michigan City, Indiana, born in Seattle, Washington, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Tower and Anne Tower (Koss); and her brother Andrew Tower. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Mellen (Howard Heffron) of Michigan City, IN; her grandchildren, Richard Houck, Troy Houck, Alexandra Buchholz (Kai) and Claire Schoenborn (Paul); her great grandchild Eliana Houck; and her former husband Mike Smallwood.
