He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jacobucci (Sydow); his daughter Kristina Gowin (Matt) of La Porte, Indiana; his grandsons, Evan, Emmett and Elliott Gowin; his sister Judith Franks (Kenneth) of La Porte, Indiana; and his brother-in-law Wesley Hardy of Fort Wayne, Indiana..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel (418 Washington St, Michigan City, IN 46360). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

“So sorry for your loss. We often would see Louie when he stopped by across the street at our neighbors, "The Jacobucci's,(Louie and Ramona)." My older siblings went to school with Louie.
