He is survived by: his children, Darla Tylisz (Clint Fugate), LeRoy Warren Jr., Jeff Warren and Timothy Warren; his grandsons, LeRoy Warren III and Jacob Warren; his great grandchild Gage; and his sister Peggy Warren.
