She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Archer and Ada Archer; her husband Virgil Barkow; her children, Cheryl Kaczmarek (Vince) of Michigan City, Terry Barkow of LaPorte and James Barkow (Kathy) of Elkhart; her granddaughter Crystal Thomas (Clint) of Portage; her daughter-in-law Jo Barkow of Michigan City; and her son Allen Barkow.
