He is survived by: his children, Kim Glick, Katharine Hekter (Allan), Allison Shoaf (Michael) and Scott Glick (Billie Hathway); his grandchildren, Austin Glick, Jocelyn Hekter (Brock Cothran), Scott Kenneth Glick, Skyler Shoaf and Nolan Shoaf; his sister Lorraine Dreske (Michael); and his brother-in-law Dennis Wahl. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
